Welcome to Smithills Chapel Fellowship. We are one of four in the Church of England parish of St. Peter’s Halliwell. The others are
St. Andrew’s (Johnson Fold),
Barrow Bridge Fellowship and
St. Peter’s Church. Our aim is to grow a strong and healthy church of disciples of Jesus Christ. Our lives are focussed on worshipping God, loving one another and reaching out to others with the good news of Jesus for today.
As Vicar of the Parish, I have an oversight of the four churches assisted by a team of
clergy. Smithills Chapel Fellowship Leadership Team is responsible for the day to day running of the congregation and is happy to help you feel at home and get involved in the life of our church here.
