The trip had three main purposes:
- Sight seeing – Visiting the usual Holy Sites in and around Jerusalem and Bethlehem
- Education – We had several lectures throughout the week
about the conflict, the land and its people
- Support – Visiting and encouraging Local Palestinian believers
We had two bases during the week, one in Jerusalem and one in Bethlehem.
We had a perfect start to the trip when the driver, taking us from TelAviv airport to Jerusalem, told us what a blessing our visit was for the land. The greeting felt sincere and set the tone for the rest of the visit. Not only did we bless the land but we were blessed too, doubly, by the land and by the people we met. It is no exaggeration to say that everyone on the trip came back changed.
