This morning we met with one of the college staff and heard her story. It was yet another story of great faith.
A recurring theme in the stories of faith we heard was that of returning; stories of people returning from America and Europe to serve their people. Sadly, the trend is the other way around; educated Palestinians are looking to emigrate.
We also managed to fit in some sight seeing:
- The Church of the Nativity
- Herodium – Herod joined two hills together to build this fortress come palace.
- The Shepherd’s Field
- Solomon’s Pools.
We finished the day off with another tent style meal.
