LIGHThouse at St Peter's is still grounded but we are planning to re-open in the not too distant future! We are not sure how this will look but we will keep you updated! To promote good mental health, these websites are really helpful which focuses more on depression but has some great self-help resources and ideas on how to start a journal and set a routine.
